Founded in 1997, the Turbo Supply corporate and remanufacturing facility is located in Joplin, Missouri. The Odessa Texas branch opened in 2008 followed by Houston Texas in 2009. The first Parts Distribution Warehouse opened in 2013. The new state of the art 115,000 square foot remanufacturing corporate facility was recently opened in 2015.


  • Every unit is completely disassembled, and all components are inspected for quality assurance which ensures that problematic areas are identified and corrected.
  • Balancing is performed at both the component level and at the core assembly level which ensures long-lasting durability of all units.
  • Compressor and turbine wheels are rigorously tested to ensure that the turbocharger is free from potentially catastrophic safety concerns.
  • All wearable components are replaced with 100% new quality equivalents which ensures reliability throughout the service life of the turbocharger.
  • Internal use of modeling software and simulation packages allows for a diverse range of analyses, resulting in quick and efficient design improvements.
  • Bolt driver technology ensures bolts are tightened at the correct torque to prevent the heat shield from scraping the turbine wheel and creating noisy operation
  • Bearing housing piston ring bore is gaged to ensure the bore dimension is within specification to prevent oil leaks which lead to oil residue build up inside the turbocharger
